Diecast Studio – Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Diecast Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. About Us
Diecast Studio is a proprietorship owned and operated by Kushal Dadhaniya, based in Porbandar, Gujarat, India.

2. Products
All products are diecast collectibles and display accessories, sold "as described." Product images are representative; minor packaging variations may occur due to sourcing batch differences.

3. Authenticity
All diecast models are sourced through authorized distributors and verified importers. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

4. Pricing
Prices for premium, exclusive, and imported models may be set above MRP to reflect sourcing cost, scarcity, and import duties. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require a token payment to reserve stock. Estimated delivery windows are approximate and subject to change based on distributor/import timelines. Token payments are refundable only if delivery is not made within the promised window. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). A COD convenience fee applies on COD orders, shown clearly at checkout.

7. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation and shipped via Shiprocket's courier network. See our Shipping Policy for charges and timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability
Diecast Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Porbandar, Gujarat.
