Diecast Studio Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders ₹999 and above
• Flat ₹99 delivery charge on orders below ₹999

Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation (or full payment for COD/pre-order balance).

Delivery Time

• In-stock items: 3–10 business days pan-India from date of dispatch
• Pre-order items: ship separately once stock arrives; estimated windows are listed on each product page

Courier Partner
We ship via Shiprocket, using their trusted multi-courier network for reliable pan-India delivery.

Coverage
We ship pan-India. Some remote pin codes may experience longer delivery windows or COD restrictions, flagged at checkout if applicable.

Packaging
Every order is shipped in protective inner packaging and a rigid outer box to prevent transit damage.

Delays
While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs (for imported models). We'll keep you updated via email/SMS if this happens.
